On 22 May, INSS Distinguished Fellow Jeffrey Mankoff participated in the Evolving Nuclear Dynamics on the Korean Peninsula conference in Seoul, South Korea.

The conference, hosted by the Hwajeong Peace Foundation, brought together experts to examine the evolving nuclear strategies of regional powers and policy responses available to South Korea. Mankoff presented on "Russia's Nuclear Strategy and Evolving Approach to Non-Proliferation and Strategic Stability in East Asia."

The event provided an opportunity for discussion on developments shaping the nuclear and security environment on the Korean Peninsula and across East Asia.
