On 12 March, the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) and the National Defense University (NDU) co-hosted the Framework for Biological Weapons Deterrence: Report Rollout event. The gathering brought together over 100 senior leaders, subject matter experts and policymakers to address the threat of biological weapons and how to best work together to strengthen biodeterrence.
The dialogue centered on sharing the findings and recommendations from the “Framework for Biological Weapons Deterrence” report, authored by the INSS Center for Strategic Deterrence and WMD Studies.
