Center for Strategic Research presents at 2024 TRT World Forum in Istanbul

INSS Center for Strategic Research (CSR) Distinguished Research Fellow Jeffrey Mankoff gave a presentation at the 2024 TRT World Forum in Istanbul on "The Russia-Ukraine War: How to Bridge the Divide?" His presentation focused on the prerequisites for a negotiated settlement and the importance of giving Ukraine robust security guarantees as part of any agreement.
