Between 3-5 June, Mr. Paul J. David-Justus (INSS-CSWMD) and Dr. Casey Ellis (INSS-CSWMD) participated in the Nordic-Baltic Proliferation Security Initiative (PSI) Engagement in Helsinki, Finland. Co-hosted by the governments of Finland and the United States, the event was attended by 71 representatives. It featured a tabletop exercise (TTX) facilitated by Mr. David-Justus and Dr. Ellis.

The exercise was well received, with participants crediting it with highlighting the multifaceted, complex challenge posed by WMD proliferation.
