Dr. Kim Cragin, INSS Distinguished Research Fellow for Counterterrorism and the Director of the Center for Strategic Research, presented at the Global Summit on Terrorism and Political Violence. This conference was held 12-13 September in New York City and was sponsored by The Soufan Center. Kim spoke about her research on new and emerging technologies in terrorism.
