The Institute for National Strategic Studies visited the National and Nuclear Risk Reduction Center (NNRRC) at the U.S. Department of State. The NNRC plays a central role in the United States’ arms control mission, providing round the clock notifications with foreign counterparts on issues ranging from nuclear and conventional arms control, ballistic missile launch notifications, chemical weapons destruction, and international cyber incidents.
