On Wednesday, 11 December, Dr. Tom Lynch (INSS) was a feature speaker at the Finnish Institute of International Affairs (FIA) webinar titled, "Great Power Competition in the 21st Century: More than a Buzzword?" Dr. Lynch presented on "The Future of Great Power Competition" in his formal remarks and following discussion involving over 80 online participants and including members of the Swedish Foreign Ministry and a staffer in the European Parliament.
