Mr. Todd Pennington (INSS) provided a presentation on Space and Law in Competition and Conflict at the Northeast Asia International and Operational Law Conference, presented by the Korea Tri-Command SJA Office on 21 May and 22 May 2025.  Participants included military and civilian legal and policy officials from the United States, Republic of Korea (RoK), Japan, New Zealand, Australia, the Netherlands, and Germany.  Other speakers at the conference included U.S. Army General Xavier Brunson (Commander, United Nations Command, Combined Forces Command, and United States Forces Korea), RoK Army General Shin Chul Kang (Deputy Commander, Combined Forces Command), and Mr. Hong Chang Sik (RoK Ministry of National Defense General Counsel).
