On 07 May, Dr. Tom Lynch (INSS) made a half hour virtual presentation on the evolving nature of great power competition and implications for India to the Northeast India Dialogue in Sikkum, India. Dr. Lynch's presentation was the closing distinguished lecture for that one-day Dialogue exploring the US Strategic Framework for the Indo-Pacific region; it was an event with 200 participants and co-sponsored by the US Consulate - Kolkata and India's Observer Research Foundation (ORF).
