On 21 November 2024, Mr. Brendan Melley, Director of the INSS Center for the Study of Weapons of Mass Destruction, facilitated a tabletop exercise with WMD interdiction scenarios at the Southeast Regional Proliferation Security Initiative (PSI) Workshop in Bangkok, Thailand. Representatives from Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Laos, Malaysia, Brunei, Philippines, Australia, and the UK participated.
