From September 7–11, Dr. Tom Lynch of INSS visited New Delhi, India, for a series of interviews and discussions related to his research on U.S.-India defense relations and Indo-Pacific security. While there, he met with military strategy and intelligence leaders from the Indian Ministry of Defence, Indian Army, and Indian Air Force. He also held discussions with representatives from four major Indian security think tanks, including the Indian Army’s Centre for Land Warfare Studies (CLAWS).
