On 1 May, Dr. Tom Lynch, Dr. Lisa Aronsson, and Mr. Brett Swaney of INSS participated in a roundtable dialogue with visiting fellows from the Fondation pour la recherche stratégique [Foundation for Strategic Research (FRS)]. Their roundtable convened at the Atlantic Council in Washington D.C. and covered topics including the future of French grand strategy in Europe, in the Indo-Pacific, and in light of rapidly changing American foreign policy.
