On 27 October, Dr. Tom Lynch (INSS) made a panel presentation on "The Future of Great Power Competition" at a feature panel of the Chinese Association of Political Science (CAPS) Annual International Convention in Taipei, Taiwan. 

Dr. Lynch's presentation was part of a panel rollout for the newly published The Routledge Handbook of Great Power Competition, and it enhanced and extended the main themes Dr. Lynch made as the author of the book's concluding chapter, Chapter 24, on Great Power competitive futures.
