On 13 March 2026, Dr. Mahsa Rouhi led a timely, regional security discussion on Operation Epic Fury. This discussion was part of the INSS National Security Talk Series with NDU students, faculty, and staff. Dr. Rouhi addressed how Iran’s political‑military leadership perceives its strategic options under sustained pressure, pathways of adaptation and/or internal strain, Tehran’s risk tolerance, and regime stability in the weeks ahead.
