On 22 October, Dr. Tom Lynch (INSS) made a feature panel presentation to a virtual Track 2 dialogue on Indian Ocean security at a webinar co-hosted by the Maritime Research Center and the NESA Center for Strategic Studies. Titled "An Underwater Domain Awareness (UDA) Framework for Effective Security in the Indian Ocean Region", the webinar involved about 50 people from India, the U.S., and states near the Indian Ocean.
