Dr. Brian C.H. Fong is a Non-Resident Fellow at the Institute for National Strategic Studies (INSS) at the National Defense University.
Dr. Fong is a political scientist with a Ph.D. from the City University of Hong Kong who serves concurrently as associate dean for research. He has an extensive record of books and articles over the last 15 years with a focus on great power politics, Taiwan’s security, and Hong Kong governance. As a non-resident research fellow, he is collaborating with Dr. Tom Lynch on a co-edited book on Taiwan’s security with Palgrave Macmillan, and is available for online briefings to the NDU community.
