Melley</strong> is a Senior Research Fellow at National Defense University&rsquo;s (NDU) Center for the Study of Weapons of Mass Destruction, focusing on countering WMD operational, strategic and policy issues.&nbsp;He leads the Center&rsquo;s support to USSOCOM for countering WMD, and to the Joint Special Operations University (JSOU) for their education of special operations forces on countering WMD.&nbsp; Mr. Melley is responsible at NDU for the USSOCOM Scholars Program, and is an advisor to the USSTRATCOM Strategic Advisory Group (SAG), supporting the Policy and Strategy Panel.
